Research Chair Holder

Véronique Robert is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at Toulouse School of Management (TSM), Université Toulouse Capitole, and a member of TSM Research (CNRS).

Originally from Canada, she earned her PhD from HEC Montréal, where her doctoral research focused on laissez-faire leadership, before crossing the Atlantic to pursue her academic career in Toulouse.

With a background in psychology, her academic journey is driven by a curiosity about the human side of work and a desire to understand what helps people thrive in their professional lives. At the core of this interest is a simple idea: leadership, the work environment, and the quality of workplace relationships matter greatly for how people experience their work.
